Our Mission

Health and fitness is of primary importance. As we age, our bodies start breaking down, but it doesn’t need to be that way! At Embody Balance Movement, we focus on good health and wellness and keeping in shape through all methods available to us.

I have many years of experience in the medical area and fitness. I am passionate about health and fitness. My purpose is to help others stay healthy and enjoy life!!

I am a certified ACE personal trainer and Level One EssentricsTM instructor.

Weight Loss

Living a healthy life means being a healthy weight. When one works on a fitness program and good diet, the weight loss is all a part of that.

Mental Peace

Stress is a major obstacle in the quest for a healthy lifestyle. By being present and aware of who we are and our purpose helps us to understand why we are in this world. Meditation is also a part of a healthy lifestyle in order to keep stress at bay and be who we are meant to be.

Home training

Don’t want to use a gym space? I’m able to come to your home and help you with any fitness program you are interested in.

Work/Life balance

Stress is detrimental to our good health. In order to diminish stressors in our lives, we must find a good balance with work and life. I can help you be the best you can be!

Active movement, nutritious diets, and positive outlooks are the key to living a healthy, happy life. As a trainer and medical professional, she cares deeply about the health and well-being of her clients – it’s her mission for you to feel more confident in your own skin by helping you move and reversing the negative effects of ageing.

We know that big gyms and the typical personal trainer can be intimidating for people of all ages and experience. EBM breaks that stereotype by providing trainer services that are 100% about YOU. Whether you want to get moving at your local gym, outside at a park, or in your own home, she is happy to work with what’s best for you.

Fitness in all areas on your life is so important and more so as we age. Keeping you moving will prevent deterioration of your muscles, help maintain your independence and keep you out of care homes!
